Position Description:

Come join a dynamic staff in an evolving ministry environment as the Director of Youth Faith Formation at Lord of Life Lutheran Church ELCA in The Woodlands, TX (Just north of Houston, TX). The Director will collaborate with faith formation staff and volunteers to grow youth disciples who connect faith and life. The Director is responsible for a comprehensive ministry that mentor’s youth in Confirmation (7th and 8th Grade), to High School Ministry, to college aged young adults and their families in worship, spirituality, witness, service, and community. This is a full time job with benefits.

Position Qualifications:

The Director has a love for teenagers and their families, and desires to find ways to connect them to Jesus, each other, the greater church, and to our surrounding community. Able to work with and support female pastors and leadership and the LGBTQ+ community.
