Church on Morgan in Raleigh, NC, is excited to hire her first full-time Youth Director to lead our growing middle and high school ministry. In keeping with the vision and values of our church, this ministry will be known for its commitment to honesty, curiosity and joy and the arts will be a key pathway in experiencing the beauty of God together. Youth programming, like that of our adults and children, will be rooted in the traditions of the Church but applied in a way that is accessible and engaging, even for the religiously reluctant. This inclusive community will be a home to all kinds of students - those who struggle to fit in and those for whom belonging comes easy.

Position Qualifications:
