With so many important things to do, everything seems like a priority.  Through in depth interviews and group conversations with youth, parents, volunteers in the ministry, church staff and clergy, the Youth Ministry Institute will quickly discover what needs to be done first, and then second, and then third, and then – well, you get the idea.  We promise that you will increase your impact on the young people in your church and community.

YMI does a Benchmark Analysis utilizing over 40 data points on a rubric to determine if needed resources are supporting the youth ministry.  The resulting Ministry Needs Evaluation will analyze basic documents, systems, growth strategies, discipleship strategies, volunteer training, youth leadership, parent and adult engagement and staffing models.  Our analysis is comprehensive, detailed and complete, leaving you with prioritized action steps.

If there are areas of particular need and concern, YMI promises to customize their analysis.   In particular, YMI has also analyzed property and facility usage, hiring criteria, job descriptions and the trickiness of navigating transition between youth ministers.
