Position Description:

Trinity Church in Genoa City, Wisconsin is looking for a part-time youth leader who would oversee the middle and high school youth ministry program. This engaging group currently consists of 55 youth who meet on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The youth program includes outreach to the community, The Teen Alpha Series, mission trips, youth worship, fundraisers, weekend church camp experiences, etc. This ministry has strong congregational support which includes youth assistants who care and model Christian discipleship. Trinity is looking for a person who is part of the youth culture who has biblical knowledge and relational skills. The youth leader would be a part of the congregation’s youth & family ministry team and be paid for 15-20 hours at a competitive rate.

Director of Children, Youth, & Family Ministry – Eau Claire, WI

Position Description:

St. John’s Lutheran Church (ELCA) is seeking an innovative individual who models faith while engaging children, youth and families in faith-based programming. The compassionate person in this position supports and develops a culture of welcoming and inclusivity for children and youth while building lasting relationships and equipping people in the congregation to serve children and youth in a variety of roles. In our welcoming and service-oriented environment, this approachable and organized person will help us bridge all age groups while developing, communicating and implementing all aspects of ministry to support and encourage relationships and growth for children, youth and families in their faith.
