Inside of church, they value participation and leadership from all in the congregation, which shows in the support of formation for young people. The DCYF will be responsible for designing, directing, and coordinating programs and activities for the children and youth of St. Luke’s, including a component of support for parents and other caring adults.
This position is equal parts relational and administrative, and a candidate should have proven experience in both capacities. Additional qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3-5 years relevant paid work experience, and a heart for faith formation and Christian life.
