This 2 year option focuses on high quality practical training, skill building, and is less rigorous than the Graduate Program. Monthly coaching and support from a community of peers is the hallmark of this investment in leadership development. This is a great option for ministers who have previous theological education who want to boost their Youth Ministry capabilities.
About The Graduate Program
Combining practical training and theological education, the Graduate Residency Program offered by the Center for Youth Ministry Training through Austin Theological Seminary culminates in the earning of a Master of Arts in Youth Ministry. This rigorous 3 year program comes with weekly coaching, academic support, a community of peers, and deep theological training.
