The Water's Edge Church is looking to add on to our Youth Ministry Staff. Located in one of the fastest growing areas of Omaha and conveniently placed between four large high schools from three different school districts, our impact and ability to reach students and families is at an all time high. The ideal candidate for should have a grounded, and growing Christian faith, work well in a collaborative ministry environment, and be committed to building relationships with students, parents, and volunteers. Experience in ministry and/or working with teenagers is preferred but not required.

Experience in ministry and/or working with teenagers is preferred but not required. Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage Youth and Families, Schools, and Volunteers, and parachurch ministries to develop relationships which lead to collaborative efforts to increase youth participation and connection to The Water's Edge.
• Develop relationships with middle and high school age youth and families.
• Coordinate and Collaborate with church staff, parachurch ministries to connect youth to the church.
• Work with the Director of Youth Ministries to build a comprehensive plan for the future development of the Youth Ministries.
