First Presbyterian Church Ann Arbor (FPCAA) is searching for a leader who reflects an engaging Christian faith, welcoming spirit, and a love for young people while participating actively in a congregation affiliated with the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. We are seeking a self-starter with a calling to work with youth between ages 12 and 18 who values their participation in the daily life of the church; incorporating youth in all aspects of worship and leadership; engaging them in intergenerational interactions, ministries and mission; and advocating for the intergenerational faith formation efforts of FPCAA.
3 – 5+ years experience with youth, M. Div. or M.A.C.E. preferred but not required; church work experience preferred. The position has potential for advancement to an Associate Pastor in an installed position.
