Two Monthly Cohort Meetings

You will develop a community of support and connection with two monthly cohort meetings. In one cohort you'll discover more about your leadership, you'll dig deep internally to lead well externally, and you'll discover just what is possible when focusing on your growing edges.
During the second cohort, you'll have time to ask questions, process what you're learning, and connect with your cohort leader and ministry pro. It is in this cohort that something you heard becomes something within you.

If you're looking for a personalized, contextualized, mentoring relationship to go along with your certification then this option may be right for you. Our coaches are ministry experts, with years of experience, that are highly trained in the Youth Ministry Institute style of coaching.

With our Church Package, YMI staff members will come to your church, conduct focus groups and write a Strategic Plan for the youth ministry. These plans create a roadmap to help your team reach their dreams for the youth ministry. For extra support, our Church Package also comes with supervisor consultations.
