You Don’t Have To Do This Alone!
You will be amazed at how many of your challenges are shared by experienced ministry professionals. You may think you don’t have time or the fear of failing has its grip on you.
Coaching might be the best investment in your future. Choose from basic one-on-one coaching or cohort-based coaching or coaching coupled with an on-site strategic plan or online or cohort learning.
Developmental Cohort Coaching provides deep relationships where peers encourage one another towards excellence in their ministry. Utilizing YMI’s professional development tool, the Core Competencies Assessment, ministry leaders will share best practices guided by a professional coach. In addition, you will meet once per month with a veteran for one-on-one coaching. That’s right. Two coaches for the price of one.
Our set curriculum is designed for two years but is often modified to fit the your needs.
Excellence is dependent upon relationships. The Youth Ministry Institute utilizes relationships with individuals and organizations to encourage different perspectives that develop the ministry leader and their ministry in the local church.
Coaching can also include an on-site Needs Evaluation with a resulting Strategic Plan. YMI develops easy-to-follow customized plans, allowing the church to realize immediate progress.
YMI emphasizes the creation of processes that lead to the robust ministry that the church and leaders envisioned when they first began. On-the-job coaching is integrated with individual and corporate assessment tools in order to focus the church on its desired outcomes. To apply for the Youth Ministry Institute, you must be currently serving actively in a paid or volunteer role in a local church.
